About me
I'm the son of another foodie in Group Recipes. I love to eat but can't cook anything. Mom always took care of that issue. I'm here to find some recipes that I can play with and hopefully I'll be cooking my own food soon enough.

Hi, thank you for your comment. truffled honey was given to me as a present - i've used it to try and find out.what it would 'do' to the duck - and my guests enjoyed it, too. it is, however, not necessary. plain honey will do, too. i use breat of barbarie duck quite a bit - its soo delicous and here, in Germany, it's easy to get -even ALDI has it from time to time :-)

Hi. A swiss roll tin is rectangular in shape, rather like a cookie tray with shallow sides on it. We call it a swiss roll tin in NZ, I am not sure what they call it in America. You could use a roasting dish or a large cake tin instead, just line it with baking paper first so it will be easy to get the slice out. Enjoy! Mamanui.
