About me
I'm currently cooking for 4 adults and one kid. We all play an online game together in the evenings so my challenge has been to find a variety of meals that are either easy to make or I can put it all together earlier in the day and just let it do it's thing in whatever cooking device that works best. Those boxed meals that only need meat work okey, but they are getting old. This in itself has definitely encouraged some creativity when keeping in mind time and what's on hand in the house. We just purchased one of those Vita-Mix machines and have been having a good time experimenting with that.
