About me
I have four teenagers, each with unique dietary issues. One is vegetarian (but really doesn't like too many vegetables!!). One has recently been diagnosed with severe food allergies and is on a gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, beef-free diet and can only eat millet and quinoa in the grain family. The other two would live on a meat-only diet if they could. It's an understatement to say that meal-planning is challenging in our household!!
