About me
I love cooking any kinds of foods,i do think that spending 3 years in Greece has definatly inspired what I cook. I love to eat all sorts of food, there really isn't that much that I don't like!! Growing up near the sea gave me a real taste for all different types of seafood from shellfish to octopus and fresh line caught mackeral, I dont think that I have found a fish I dont like.

Greetings from the other side of the pond. Half and Half is basicly half cream and half milk. I imagine you can make your own that way or you could just use cream in the recipe. Or plain milk but maybe a little less than the recipe calls for as it's thinner. The dip is great, hope you enjoy it.
