About me
I think the word "master" is over the top. I have been in the food and dining buisness for 15 years. I'm currenty the chef at a assisted living facility. I am a honors graduate from culinary school. I create all menus, soups, entree's, desserts, salads, sides etc... I'm currenty working on improving my baking skills and decorating skills. I love making soups and sauces. I'll try to put out quantities on ingredients for recipes that I post, however I rarely measure, and mostly go by taste. I appreciate crafted beers, wines and local foods. The best thing I ever made is my two daughters. They are pictured on my page.
