About me
I live in england near sherwood forest in a very quiet village im originally from portugal and have 3 teenage sons and 4 dogs that are as mad as a hatter i love to bake and cook original portugse food my favorite is dried salted cod fish cackes i go to dog shows, and groom friends dogs ,dont hve much time to go out im single

Hi JJ,

The pastry is called a “Spritz Geback” . In English we call it a French Crueller. I am not sure if I spelled the “Geback” part correctly or if it has different names in different regions of Germany. But our Chef from Heidelberg said that is what he calls it.
