I am a caterer, taking a sabbatical from that at present. I have been a teaching chef in the Hershey, PA area in the last decade. Love to cook and my husband is the sweet chef-- a food scientist for The Hershey Company. Love Mediterrannean cuisine to teach and eat. Have lived in San Francisco and Madrid Spain.
