About me
In 2002 my husband and I moved to the small fishing village of Ajijic, Mexico where we both became involved in a local culinary club. We have 2 seperate categories each month in which we can choose to compete before three outside judges. I am currently the President of the club and also do their newsletter. Having lived in Florida most of my life my cooking revolved around southern soul food so it has been a real challenge learning to cook more diverse cuisines. Here in Mexico there is an abundance of fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables of every description, not to mention resh berries year round. This gives the average cook an added incentive for creating new recipes.
