About me
I figure if your going to stay home and take care of the house and kids it might as well be fun so i play lots in the kitchen. I'm really into fresh food and trying new things with the "same old things". I have 2 kids with very different tastes and a husband who loves anything that doesn't swim, so its not always easy to make everyone happy. I don't like recipes that aren't flexable and when most of their ingredients come out of a box.

Nothing.
Everything cooks in its own natural juices. If you wish,you could add a little olive oil, but this ia an option for each person cooking it.
