    But we have a couple of prize hogs who are lowballing good recipes just to get their own names to the top. The troops

    Re the Pepper Stir Fry dish, you asked, "And you carmelize with?"

    Nothing.
    Everything cooks in its own natural juices. If you wish,you could add a little olive oil, but this ia an option for each person cooking it.
