Subject: laave on hair treatment- You do leave the oils on for a half hour much like a hot oil treatment, then so your hair ends up soft not greasy you wash with shampoo after the 30 minutes before even putting water on your head. So scrub with shampoo then rinse.

I have a recipe for a chocolate cake that calls for beets also, it really does make a wonderfully moist cake and believe it or not you can't taste or tell there's beets in the cake. You can use canned beets just NOT the pickled type.

We love this frosting too. Really good on chocolate cake ...which my mother requests for her birthday every year. My favorite is this frosting on spice cake ...YUM!!!
