About me
I am a wife and mom of two teen sons. YIKES!!! I come from a very large family, back when moms stayed home and cooked casseroles from scratch and we had left-overs for days. I would like to start cooking again as I once did when I wasn't working. No, I am not June Cleaver but I love the idea. I just came upon this site and am looking for any new good recipes. I worked in a seafood restaurant for 14 years and also a very nice steak & seafood rest. where I learned most of what I know. My goal is to cook healthy meals from scratch more often. Bake, and not burn.
