    Thanks Juni! My mom would bake Italian cookies around Easter and they would be ALL over the house! They were always decorated with pastel frosting & sprinkles. She would also make them for St. Josephs day :) Have a great weekend!!

    I made this recipe with fresh persimmons and the texture was very moist and spongy. The flavor was great, puckery as it was with fresh persimmons. Does anyone know why this might be? After mixing the filling, I let it set for a few minutes while I prepared the pie crusts and when I returned, a lot of water(?) had surfaced so I drained that off and after pouring the filling in, I let them sit again and then toweled some more extra moisture off. When you made this pie, did you used canned persimmon pulp?

    Sorry for my mistake about the chicken pot pie; bisquick mixture should be poured over the meat and veggies before baking.............

    I really haven't been on this year, due to things here at home. i answer my mail and that is about it for now. i have been trying to get back in the swing of things. But this year there is so much going on in my life. With older grandchildren and the oldest is graduating this year. And other household stuff, I have been too busy.     I just saw your comment on the Stuffed Baby Peppers, that recipe can work with just about anything you want to stuff. Very easy and versatile.

    Thank you for the nice comment and rating on my Seafood Enchiladas. I love that recipe. My family and I prefer the green sauce, if you can find it. We live near a Mexican grocery store, so finding it isn't a problem, normally. It multiplies well too, if you are feeding a crowed.
