    This recipe is seriously under-rated. I first made this close to 30 years ago and it is still a firm favourite. It is very impressive as a dinner party dish and it is absolutely full of flavour. The only thing I've ever tweaked with this recipe is using onion powder instead of onion salt, otherwise it will be too salty. I also double the amount of parmesan, onion powder and (fresh) parsley. It's quite simply, superb!

    Thank you for your nice comment .I added one with meat and it's a bit different from this one becouse we cook it with vegeteble oil not olive oil and you can add potatoes too to the one with meat .have a nice day.
