I live in a country that is abundant with fresh food due to our small population and cultural diversity Australia is a land of food, wine and a good beer...... I teach students the fundermentals of hospitality kitchen operations and food safety ..... I have taught members of our community that are struggling to make ends meet a series of budget cookery classes..... simplistic economical and tasty recipes were cooked and many recipes I have submitted are part of that class During this current economical downturn I hope some of these recipes may help those looking after the family budget
