Well, what is there to say? I'm Rachael, I'm 23, and in September I moved from my homeland, England, to live with my boyfriend, Erik in Northern Sweden. I enjoy baking, and I make most of our food, so I like to experiment and try new dishes.

It's a good light meal. Made this with smoked bacon. Not a problem with being too salty. Sauteed the chicken bits in bacon grease.
