About me
I cook for one, and ocasionally two. Makes it a little tough. Soups, stews, and anything else that can be cooked, divided, and frozen. Limits cooking to once a month. That has to be a real bummer to all the REAL foodies. Cleveland, you gotta be tough.....

Thanks for friending. Hey, I saw a group for cooking for one or two. I have to admit, back in my apt. days when I was single, I'd make something and eat leftovers for three days.... I also hated to mess up my kitchen for just me. Boy, would I think differently now! I'm worth it! LOL
