A new paradigm. When delicious (rather, luxurious) and healthy eating means the same thing. When you can eat wild mushrooms (the real wild kind...not shitakes), live oysters, fresh heirloom vegetables and feel like you are indulging while also taking care of yourself. That's the kind of eating that I'm talking about.
