I'm originally from the south, Savannah GA, but have lived in the NW for quite some time now. I'm married 22 years. We have a chocolate lab with a lot of personality. My husband and I enjoy antiques. We have one son, Jake, hence my "name". I hate the word "expert", but I'm definitely not just intermediate when I've been cooking for over 30 years, so I guess I'm an "expert" LOL

Donna, thanks for the compliments. I just posted another recipe for Greek salad, you have to make that vinagrette. My Wife cannot stand feta or bleu cheese. In fact she wants to vomit just from the smell, lol. She loved this dish ( I just made it for lunch).
