I'm originally from the south, Savannah GA, but have lived in the NW for quite some time now. I'm married 22 years. We have a chocolate lab with a lot of personality. My husband and I enjoy antiques. We have one son, Jake, hence my "name". I hate the word "expert", but I'm definitely not just intermediate when I've been cooking for over 30 years, so I guess I'm an "expert" LOL

Thanks for the C&F's on the butternut squash recipe. That puppy was from a litter of Labs. I let the buyers of my last home keep the parents as they needed lots of room to run and loved the pond. I miss them a lot but know they would be restless here.
