Self-taught cook silly enough to marry a classically trained chef (so much for the ego! :)) Love all kinds of food/cuisines - Mexican, Japanese, Thai, Idian, American Southern, California, French, Moroccan. We're moving towards a plant-based, more locally produced diet - but are Foodie enough to make a giant production out of doing so! :D
