About me
Been cooking since I was a teenager. Over the years I have had big groups (18-25) for sitdown Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter dinners. I'm now retired and cook mainly for my husband and myself, with a few pot luck suppers at church thrown in. Became carb consious when we seriously decided to lose weight. Not that we don't eat any, just watch the quantity of the the breads, potatoes, rice, and pastas considerably closer than before.
