Thanks for the hint on adding salt to the boiling eggs. I was always told to do this to keep them from cracking, but didn't know it would also help to keep the egg from dispersing. Great helpful hint:o)

You mean where you live you can't send treats to school anymore? That's sad isn't it when it comes down to that. We still do though we do have to be mindful that what we send is nut free. I guess living in small town Saskatchewan makes a difference too.
