You are write it's same as the iranian dish in our country we call it broad beans in rice and we don't put dill but exactly the same way .I made it with frozen green soya beans -took them by mistake and turned out delicious -nicer than the broad beans.
We do have similar receipes with the iranians we all love rice and it's really delicious don't you agree .Have a nice day

Hi As for hot spices don't add them that's all .So many people even in my country have it without hot chilies, what you do is cut tomatoes very small boil them for few minutes with a small spoon of tomato paste ,after they are cool, add cucumber, fresh coriander and garlic .I make both when i serve it .hope youlike it this way.
If only the DHL can deliever food i would send you what you like .....Have a good day

Thanks for the lovely comments (& ratings) on my recipes -- you've certainly chosen some of MY favs too!
I adore the Squash & Spinnach Lasagna (proud to say, I make it comletely from scratch -- and it's devine!)
The Graham Cracker Crumb Cake is excellent warm with butter on top...the Creme de Menthe Souffle IS easy to make, and yes, I often serve the Gnocchi w Gorgonzola as a side dish too!!
Though I've been to Florida, I've never been to Seattle -- would love to go sometime, though :)
Thanks again, & have a great, great day :)
