Ya'll, I just moved from Virginia to Jonesborough, Tennessee. Lovin' the mountains, creeks and slower lifestyle, but missing the seafood that was so easy to get on the coast. Any of yuns from this area help me find some!

softgrey:You can use rotisserie chicken or baked chicken-I've used both and it's awesome either way. And, yes, it really is that easy. This is the only chicken pot pie recipe
