About me
I'm southern born and bred. I grew up on the gulf coast, and learned to cook all the foods that come straight from the Gulf of Mexico. I'm very active; I surf, dance, rock climb, kayak, SCUBA dive, snorkel, and do most things outdoors. On a recent trip to the grocery store I realized that most of the foods that I love to eat are very healthy, with the exception of fried foods....and on a recent trip to Fiji I learned a few new twists on dishes that I already cook.
