About me
I grew up with a mother that couldn't cook to save her life! (Sorry ma!) Needless to say I wanted to be much better at it than her and I can safely say that I am! I don't normally follow a recipe. I will browse through recipes sites looking at various versions of the same thing and more or less come up with a recipe that I feel I will be happy with. It's worked out quite well for me so far. The downside is when friends ask me for a recipe I rarely have a tried and true, written out recipe to share with them.
