So glad the roast worked out so well for you! I was worried you'd want to thicken the juices for a gravy with cornstarch or something (but I'm a gravy person)! I bet it would be good with mashed taters. Glad to know it works on high, I usually cook it while I'm gone to work all day, but if I ever want it quick, now I know how!
