About me
I am new to this site, so Hello Everyone! I reside in Portland Oregon and am currently working towards a nursing degree. I LOVE to cook and really like trying new recipes. This seems like the perfect place to do that, as well as share some of my personal favorites. I am a self-proclaimed carbohydrate addict; unfortunately, carbs are not my friend, so I am always in the hunt for any low carbohydrate recipes....especially desserts (I have a serious sweet tooth). About me: I am newly single, just out of a 5 year relationship and feeling freer than ever. I love music. I also like to read, watch movies, roller skate and karaoke. I think I sing pretty good, especially after I have had a couple drinks....I don't think the alcohol would lie to me, do you? *giggle* Loves: Dr. Brandt facial products, Designer handbags, especially Coach (yes, I am the one that drives a cheap car while carrying a $600 bag...*sigh* terrible, I know!) Animals/Pets (I am proudly owned by 2 felines...Honey and Garfie). I opted to have cats, not children!~I do like children, everyone else's, that is. ;)
