I DONT HAVE ALOT OF TIME ANYMORE TO MAKE 7 COURSE MEALS. I AM A WORKING MOTHER, WHO IS CARING FOR A SICK PARENT, AND MY FAMILY. WE ALWAYS LOVED RUSTIC, HOMEMADE FOOD.AROUND THE HOLIDAYS WE HAVE OUR EAST COAST TRADITIONS, IRISH-ITALIAN TRADITIONS. WE BBQ, EVEN WHEN IT SNOWS..WE PREFER CHARCOAL. LIFE AROUND THIS HOUSE IS CRAZY. AND TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. SO QUICK, HARDY, TRADITIONAL FARE IS PREFERRED.
