About me
I'm married and about to have baby #1 in April, 2009! I was raised by a mom allergic to dairy and married a man who's lactose intolerant. I have learned a lot about the art of dairy substitution and am always looking for new recipes along with giving advice to other non-dairy eaters out there. I, however, can have dairy and can't pass up a grilled cheese sandwich and crackers and cheese with my soup :)
