About me
I have been cooking since I was a child thanks to my dad, rest in peace, and both grandmothers. My first Sunday dinner was cooked at the age of 12, and the movie Soul Food depicts our general Sunday meals, which we call soul food Sunday as well. My family has honored me with the "head cook" title since my grandmothers both have "retired". Meaning, meals, both regular and holiday, are generally at my home. Though I'm expert at just about anything soul food, I have also become proficient at Italian as well as Cajun.
