I've decided I will eat healthier this year and help the local farmers at the same time. I am joining a co-op to get fresh seasonal veggies, etc from a local farm about 50 miles away. They deliver into my area once a week. I"m excited and curious to see how this goes. Will keep you posted on my new food adventure.
