    Thank you!! Martin (son) got this recipe from his Tibetan wife. They cooked it over camp fires when she was a child. I scared it up the other night and added some Chorizo sausage. Scrummy.

    I'm sure that will work, maybejust not as much flavor from the marinade. I think you could boil and reduce the marinade and serve it with the chicken as a sauce... Hope you like the recipe...please let me know if you do!
