About me
I am a single Dad that just happens to be a pretty good cook,even when married my kids always liked for me to do the cooking. Now you must understand that their mother was and still is (I suspect) a great cook herself (she taught me some things about cooking) I think they liked my cooking because I wasn't afraid to experiment and try new ways to cook. I still cook as much as possible and think I do really well. I have been told that my Boston Butt Bar-B-Que is the best B-B-Q in the world ! Grilled foods are a favorite of course,but I can take just plain ole' eggs and turn them into a memorable dish! I like to try and cook healthy meals as my specialty.
