About me
I am a Personal Chef called The Kilted Cook, in Sarasota, FL. I enjoy Florida cuisine - seafoods and citrus together. I lived in the west and southwest for 30+ years and love cooking south-of-the-border style. I also enjoy Pacific fusion, Cajun and PNW regional cuisine. I'm also Executive Chef of a company just breaking into the healthy food products business, I'm creating a healthy Breakfast Cookie that will knock your socks off because not only is it loaded with healthy ingredients, unlike a lot of health-food crap, this actually tastes GOOD!
