Hi ya. im a kiwi girl. have been working in the restaurant / bar trade for ten years. love both the cooking side and bar . of course when ya combine the two its even cooler.like to experiment with liquers and desserts. a big fan of spicy food. we have great seafood here in nz so thats always interesting learning different ways to cook those.best is on open fire on the beach straight after its collected. would love to hear any new recipes for seafood. also any home made liquer or beer recipes would be great. cheers :)
