    The slow cooked pork recipe I posted is a winner. Do be careful on the cayenne if you don't like it too hot. As for the timing, just use your meat themometer - the original recipe called for an internal temp of 150 degrees but my husband and I like our pork done a little bit more than that, so I took it out of the oven at 160 degrees. It was still juicy, but there was no pink, even in the center. I hope you enjoy it! And if you have any suggestions afterwards, please feel free to let me know! I'm always up for better ways to do things!
