About me
After practicing law for 26 years I realized that I hated it and what I wanted to do was cook. I quit the law, became a personal chef and then the corporate chef for the employee cafeteria of Blount International (Oregon Cutting Systems) where I prepared lunch entrees for several hundred of the company's employees. I recently retired and now, just to stay busy until my wife joins me, I work only four hours per day cooking for 50 school children. Talk about a cushy 9:00-1:00 job!
