About me
After practicing law for 26 years I realized that I hated it and what I wanted to do was cook. I quit the law, became a personal chef and am now the corporate chef for the employee cafeteria of Blount International (Oregon Cutting Systems) where I prepare lunch entrees for several hundred of the company's employees. On January 2 of 2009 I will retire and, with the exception of some personal clients , I will cook just for my wife, Judith and for our friends.
