Cook, eat, cook, eat.... That's what I love! When I was young and adventurous, I was a waiter in very upscale french restaurants and went to a waiters' school in France where I also learned many secrets of classical French cooking. But my taste is not confined to French cooking! I also love Asian and especially Japanese cooking. I am still learning the art of the refined and restrained style of Japanese cooking. But I am nearly omniverous when it comes to cooking...and eating! Living in Hawaii, I like to take advantage of the wonderful tropical fruits and vegetable available to me and use them frequently.
