About me
I love to cook and am a very active member at allrecipes.com. Besides that, I have two 3" binders (one for meals, one for desserts) stuffed to the brim with my "Cookbook Scrapbooks". I've typed out or handwritten hundreds of recipes, tried them out, taken photos, and kept notes of personal changes, family reactions, etc. I pride myself on my Le Creuset cookware collection, and I also have an extensive, heavily bookmarked cookbook collection and subscriptions to Everyday Food, Cooking Light, and my favorite UK cooking magazine "Delicious". GroupRecipes.com is a fantastic idea (great mix between allrecipes and myspace!) and I hope it takes off! The picture is of my family's favorite treat, iced pumpkin cookies.
