About me
I'm Dr. Ed Locks, nemesis of Chef Meow. I am NOT from Texas and you don't need a massive collection of recipes (over 10,000,000 recipes) to make great food. My recipes don't come from estate sales over the past 30 years and are not inherited from a huge family collection I was fortunate to take custody of in 1980, but are mostly self-written. I do not host monthly dinner parties, weekly bunko parties, weekly bible study, weekly poker parties and definitely do not volunteer at the local Meals on Wheels. I don't love every minute of my time in the kitchen. If I had cats, I wouldn't name them Josie, Tahoe and Reno. They would not be the love of my life and I would not want 27 babies before them. I did not just turn 50, and have not been married to my best friend for the past 28 years. I do not collect cookbooks (currently, I do not have 12,988 in my collection - I must not downsize).....and I hate people....looking forward to bombarding recipes on all of you. Woof! I'm the toughest chef around. You don't mess with the Locks. My day job is being a psychiatrist, but at night I come out and cook my heart out. I especially like to perfect recipes and I don't like cats.

Chef Meow has ALWAYS been very nice since I met her, and I will continue to support her.

We used to have another person who pretended to be a psychiatrist on the site. I can't remember who it was, but this sounds just like another AKA of that person. Go away!
