About me
I am a full-time homemaker and freelance writer. I am a Christian and write mostly Bible-based articles. Foodwise, I try to eat healthy and exercise. My goal is to eliminate refined carbs, such as sugar and white flour, from my diet. I'm pre-diabetic (by my own diagnosis) and am working hard to avoid diabetes, which runs in the family. I try to eat a sensible low-carb diet, which is probably the most misunderstood and misrepresented way of eating. I love to cook, travel, read, write, and blog.
