I'm am a proud wife of 10 years who works FT as an HR director for a small company. I love to garden, paint, crochet, read, study the Bible, and cook. I love taking hikes, and watching birds. Nature, and keeping our planet healthy are very important to me. I think our responsibility on this earth is to be good stewards. Either thats recycling, driving an car that uses less fossil fuels or to picking up a piece of trash on the side of the road. I am still learning how to use herbs, and seasonings to make a dish have a fuller flavor. I have learned the most from living in in the southwest for 4 years and marrying into an Italian family. I love fresh fruits and veg, and am always looking for good recipes on how to cook healthy with fresh ingredients..
