I'm a crazy mad scientist when it comes to cooking. I always change recipes or add things to them. I'm quite good at baking as well. I like opening the oven once when it's done and that's it. I can get pretty mean on the grill to. Not the George Foreman either.

I'm glad you enjoyed the crockpot mac.If you put the extra cheese on the top before you start cooking it, it will crust on the top. We just aren't big fans of the crust, lol. We make this for every holiday or big dinner because it's so easy and tasty. Thanks for the compliment!!

If you wanna be lazy you can buy a premade graham cracker crust and leave off the top crust. Still tastes awesome like that. Deliciously simple
