Currently lovin' My food has to be packed full of flavor. I love to cook and can cook anything as long as the recipe makes sense. I love to grill. Especially steaks and burgers (with a twice baked potato with 4x the fillings it calls for). .

About me
I'm a crazy mad scientist when it comes to cooking. I always change recipes or add things to them. I'm quite good at baking as well. I like opening the oven once when it's done and that's it. I can get pretty mean on the grill to. Not the George Foreman either.

Hello, to answer your questions....I usually take desserts to any get togethers I go to plus (now keep in mind I live in a little rural town in Tennessee) the most requested dish I am asked for and take is my Pinto Beans and corn breasd. I like your style! We calls these Bullseyes - but I've never made them with garlic butter - gotta give that I try.

We also save the hunk of bread cut from the middl
