About me
As a bachelor, I cut my teeth on the Food Network when I retired a few years ago. I learned the basics of cooking and then added my own touches to create meals that will last for a few days and allow for freezing leftovers when I don't feel like cooking. I have enjoyed cooking for many years, starting with a great brunch on football Sunday going back to when the Raiders were winning Super Bowls.
