You can get a free one day pass at costo. the rack is in vacuum pack bag. make sure look at the date on the package, "USE BY" or "SELL BY" and get one with at least two weeks or more of time left. I would use it with 5 days of purchase. really, just get it and make it, you will be happy you did. I love leg of lamb stuff with hoards of garlic cloves and granulated garlic all over the outside.
