About me
Though I cook a lot, I am always using other people's recipes (mostly those of Tamasin Day-Lewis, Claudia Roden, Tyler Florence, Sylvena Rowe, Jerry Traunfeld, Suzanne Goin). If I use a recipe enough times, I may make some adjustments, but that is about as far as I trust myself at this stage. I'm relatively new to the world of cooking, but I am taking it quite seriously, which makes my partner infinitely happy.

I have the same weakness for horseradish, and this marinade/sauce feeds the desire! The sweetness offsets the bite so nicely - you end up with the best of both worlds - hope you enjoy!
