About me
I read cookbooks like you read novels. Cooking for one is boring and wasteful, so I cook for friends every week. Not formal dinners at my place, requiring cleaning, but bringing food to the bar so the staff gets good meals, and cooking at M's with G on Sundays while 30 people watch the game.
