About me
I spent many years being afraid to try recipes because of a few bad experiences (no one ended up dying, but the food was never good). Now, I'm finally starting to tread the cooking waters again, and this time it's working out all right. I'm still very much a beginner, but am down with learning everything I can. I'm trying to learn how to make healthy alternatives to the normal high-fat foods I tend to gravitate toward like pizza and lasagne (my Italian roots are killing me, I swear).
