About me
Now that my newest addition has 'finished baking' my criteria for cooking is "it's gotta be easy, it's gotta be fast and it's gotta be tasty"! Good bye - for a little while at least - to the lazy afternoons spent in the kitchen experimenting. I'm looking forward to trying out this new mind set and sharing some fast and furious food!

I like the fact that you can alter the taste just by changing the dipping sauce each time - next time I make them, I may add a little coconut to the coating and go for that popular "coconut chicken" taste (it costs much less than coconut shrimp!). It is a quick recipe, and we do eat a lot of chicken around here - I'm so glad your family enjoyed it! Krum
PS - if you like caesar salads, the leftovers make a wicked good sandwich with some crispy romaine or lettuce leaves and some caesar dressing drizzled over it!

I guess so...Only ever referred to them as beetroot but in all likelihood its exactly the same thing. Reddish-purple bulb vegetable?
