Now that my newest addition has 'finished baking' my criteria for cooking is "it's gotta be easy, it's gotta be fast and it's gotta be tasty"! Good bye - for a little while at least - to the lazy afternoons spent in the kitchen experimenting. I'm looking forward to trying out this new mind set and sharing some fast and furious food!

Thanks, kj, for trying the chicken tenders - I'm so glad they were a hit with the family. I like the fact that you can alter the taste just by changing the dipping sauce each time - next time I make them, I may add a little coconut to the coating and go for that popular "coconut chicken" taste (it costs much less than coconut shrimp!). It is a quick recipe, and we do eat a lot of chicken around here - I'm so glad your family enjoyed it! Krum
PS - if you like caesar salads, the leftovers make a wicked good sandwich with some crispy romaine or lettuce leaves and some caesar dressing drizzled over it!
