About me
I am an ex fire department paramedic. I've been cooking for about 35 years, and have made everything from scrambled eggs to lobster newburg to veal parmagiana. I love to cook and bake, although I am not as good a baker as I would like to be. My wife and I are both 100% disabled, and she is not physically capable of standing and cooking, so I do all the cooking in our house. Hot dogs to pot roast, (Yankee style, of course). I'm originally from New Jersey, Bergen County, so yeah, Yankee style. I have a killer recipe for Sweet and Sour Chicken. Just ask.
